If you do not accept this Agreement, you will not be allowed to access any resources (Website, Services, Content, and Courseware) owned, maintained, and monitored by Coding Pro Masters.
User ID and Password:
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that your customer ID and password are for your exclusive use only. Sharing your member account with another user is not permitted and will result in immediate denial of access and termination of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your member account and all activities under it. In case of any unauthorized access, you must promptly notify our Help and Support Team. You are also required to take steps to stop such unauthorized use and cooperate with us in any investigation. We will not be held liable for any claims related to the use or misuse of your Member Account due to the actions of a third party beyond our control or your failure to maintain the security of your Member Account.
Content and Courseware:
As part of our Services, we grant you access to content, courseware, practice tests, and other information related to the certification training course you have enrolled in (“Content and Courseware”).
We reserve the right to modify, revise, or update the Content and Courseware provided to you. In case of such changes, an additional fee may be required to access the updated Content and Courseware.
Free Access:
Selected courses with free access are provided by Coding Pro Masters. Your access to these courses is limited to self-learning video recordings and course resources only. It does not grant unrestricted access to all features of the courses. Your free access will be limited to a specific number of days as mentioned for each course on the date of your enrollment. It will expire at the end of the specified days. However, Coding Pro Masters reserves the right to revoke or extend your free access without notice or liability.
Upon registration for free courses, no license is granted for resale or reuse of materials for any commercial or non-commercial purposes.
All study materials provided under free access are copyrighted by Coding Pro Masters or its partners. Any violation of these laws will subject you to the maximum extent allowed under the law.
Full access to regular course features, including exam vouchers and certifications, will be available only upon full payment for the respective courses. The remaining free access days will be added to the number of days applicable to the individual courses upon full payment.

Coding Pro Masters reserves all rights regarding free access and may extend or revoke the offer at any time.
Use of the Website and Services:
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use our resources provided via the Website for the duration of the course you have enrolled in or until the termination of this Agreement, whichever occurs first. Our resources are intended for your personal and non-commercial use to assist you in completing the certification training course you have enrolled in (“Restricted Purpose”).
You are allowed online access to our resources and may download, save, or print the Content and Courseware solely for the Restricted Purpose.
You are not allowed to copy, transmit, distribute, sublicense, broadcast, distribute, or create derivative works of the Content and Courseware, in any manner or through any means, for any purpose other than the Restricted Purpose, without our prior consent.
Protected Property Rights:
While you are granted a limited and non-exclusive right to use the Website or any other resource for the Restricted Purpose, you acknowledge that we are the sole and exclusive owner of our resources, vested with all Intellectual Property Rights and other proprietary rights in the Website, the Services, and the Content and Courseware.
You acknowledge that this Agreement, besides granting you the use of our resources for the Restricted Purpose, does not confer any right, title, or interest of ownership to you.
Use of Personal Information of Members:
We reserve the right to feature your image in any photographs, videos, or other marketing materials used by us. Additionally, we may use your information to inform you about other certification training courses offered by us. However, we will not distribute or share your information with any third-party marketing database or disclose your information to any third party unless on a case-by-case basis after proper verification of such third party or when required under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability:
You explicitly agree that the use of our resources is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that our resources will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we guarantee any results from the use of our resources or the accuracy or reliability of any information provided through the Website, the Services, or the Content and Courseware. In no event shall we or any person or entity involved in creating, developing, or distributing our resources be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Website, the Services, or the Content and Courseware.
The liability disclaimer stated in this condition applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records or any other material, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
You explicitly agree that we are not responsible for any abusive, offensive, illegal, or unlawful conduct of third parties or other users of the Website, the Services, or the Content and Courseware, and that the risk of harm or injury from the foregoing rests entirely with each user.
You agree that our liability or the liability of our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors, if any, arising out of any legal claim (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) in any way related to the Services or the Content and Courseware shall not exceed the fee you paid to us for the specific certification training course.
